Frequently asked questions
DocumentPro charges credits for certain tasks performed on the platform. Each document page that is processed uses one or more credits depending on the parser configuration. Other actions on a document can also result in a credit being used.
Each page of document gets charged 1 or more credits when it is extracted depending on the Model selected. If table detection or checkbox detection is enabled, each page will be charged 1 or 4 credits upon being uploaded successfully. Other AI tasks may also charge a credit. Each credit use will be mentioned.
Credits do not roll over to the next month for standard monthly plans. One time credit purchases do not expire. Enterprise/ custom plans may have the ability to roll over credits.
